SCHEDULE OF DILAPIDATION

Schedule of Dilapidations are carried out at the end of tenancy and lease agreements to assess any potential works required to be carried out by the outgoing tenant/lessee in line with the repair obligations within their contract. These may or may not need to be compared to a previous Schedule of Condition. Carried  out by an external, independent company, Schedules of Dilapidations give the landlord the ability to maintain the property with costs deferred to the outgoing tenant/lessee as applicable
